Applicants aged below 50 currently have a 90-day annual stay requirement, which may be fulfilled by the principal, spouse or dependants. Applicants aged 50 and above have no published minimum annual stay requirement.
How CloutHaus may fit
A Gold-category price level, with selected residences above Platinum’s threshold.
The approved CloutHaus selling range begins above RM1 million, while selected residences exceed RM2 million. Final eligibility depends on the chosen unit, current programme rules, Kuala Lumpur foreign-purchase requirements and formal approval.

Can I apply for MM2H directly?
No. Current guidelines require applications to be submitted through an MM2H tourism operating company licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture.
Does buying a CloutHaus unit guarantee MM2H approval?
No. Property selection and programme approval are separate matters. Confirm eligibility with a licensed MM2H operator before relying on a purchase for an application.
Can I withdraw part of the fixed deposit for the property?
Current guidelines allow a maximum withdrawal of 50% after MM2H approval for permitted purposes including property purchase, subject to the programme process.
Can family members be included?
Current rules allow a spouse, eligible children, disabled children without an age limit, and parents or parents-in-law, subject to the detailed conditions for each dependant.
